Booking Policies

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of $50 is required to reserve your appointment. This amount will be applied toward your remaining balance.

Late Policy

If you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, there will be a late fee of $25, and you may be rescheduled if I have a heavy schedule.

Cancellation

Must cancel before 24 hours of booked appointment or your card will be charged full payment of service. If you choose to miss or cancel your appointment without rescheduling within the specified notice period, a new reservation must be made online & full deposit payment will be required again.

Refund Policy

There are absolutely no refunds on deposits or full payments.

Hair Prep

Hair must be WASHED and BLOW DRIED for ALL STYLES THAT COME WITH 1B HAIR INCLUDED (The Specials) and ALL APPOINTMENTS BOOKED FOR 5PM OR LATER.

No Kids or Extra Guests

No kids or extra guests are allowed unless getting service.

Balance Due in Cash

Your remaining balance is due in cash. No exceptions.
